The Grief Reset Circle is a live, online, group-guided meditation experience designed to support the body and nervous system during grief.
Session 1 — Stabilizing After the Loss
Creating safety when everything feels unsteady
Session 2 — Living With the Absence
Holding grief without being overwhelmed by it
Session 3 — Who Am I Now?
Identity after spousal loss
Session 4 — Carrying Love Without the Pain Taking Over
Honouring connection without suffering dominance
Session 5 — Living Forward While Honouring What Was
Permission to continue, slowly and gently
Each session focuses on:
This is not therapy and not about “moving on.” It is supportive care for the body and heart while grief is carried.

This two-session meditation series combines gentle conversation with meditation-based, hypnosis-inspired practices to help the nervous system settle and support the parts of identity that feel shaken, missing, or quietly ready to grow after loss — without pressure to share, explain, or “move on.”
Session 1 — Grounding After Loss
Restoring Safety and Emotional Steadiness
This session focuses on calming the nervous system, restoring a sense of internal safety, and gently settling emotional overwhelm.
Session 2 — Living Forward With Grief
Finding Balance Without Leaving Love Behind
Grief does not disappear, but it can become less overwhelming. This session supports participants in gently orienting toward life ahead — without guilt, pressure, or the feeling that moving forward means letting go.

While this page focuses on group-based grief support, the practices described above are actually available as one-to-one sessions.
Some people find that private support feels safer or more supportive — especially when grief affects sleep, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or the feeling of being “stuck” in difficult moments. Individual sessions allow us to move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you.
If you’re unsure whether group or individual support is the right fit, you’re welcome to explore both.
If you're interested in joining a group experience for either of the above, please join the Interest List to receive early notification. No obligation.

When loss reshapes your world, it can feel like everything familiar has disappeared. You may wonder if comfort is even possible—or if anyone truly understands.
You’re not alone in feeling weary or uncertain about how to move forward.
This isn’t about fixing what can’t be fixed.
It’s about offering a calm, compassionate space to rest, reflect, and gently reconnect with life—one moment, one breath, one step at a time.

Grief needs witness—not correction.
Here, your experience is met with compassion and respect, not quick fixes or platitudes.
Together, we explore what your grief is asking of you—so you can feel acknowledged, supported, and less alone.

In a world that hurries healing, this is your invitation to slow down, breathe, and honour what still aches.
You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are—without pressure to “move on” or appear strong.
Allowing yourself to grieve is what makes healing—and living—possible.

Together we create a pathway that honours both your sorrow and your resilience.
There’s no timetable for healing—only kind, steady support to help you navigate each new day.

Grief quietly rearranges everything—your routines, relationships, sense of purpose, even your perception of time.
Others may not understand this invisible transformation. Here, you don’t need to explain. You’re understood.

Join a space where compassion meets understanding. Here, your love and your loss are both honoured.
Facilitated by Tamelynda Lux, Certified Grief Educator (trained with David Kessler) and grief-support partner with Westview Funeral Chapel.
You’re invited to join a circle or one-to-one session—where comfort, understanding, and quiet hope begin to return.
These groups are not therapy and not about “moving on.” They are supportive care for the body and heart while grief is carried. They are educational in nature and do not replace medical, psychological, or crisis care. Guided meditation practices help integrate grief into daily life with greater balance, allowing love and loss to coexist with calm and clarity.
