With over 30 years of experience, Tamelynda Lux has invested the majority of her career in supporting individuals as a life coach and then evolved her private practice to include hypnosis for life issues and concerns, end-of-life support, and grief and bereavement coaching/counseling.
As a certified hypnosis practitioner, she specializes in helping clients overcome or break free from anxiety/stress, weight/food issues, chronic pain, caregiver stress, and manage terminal illness and end-of-life issues, as well as other health/wellness concerns.
Certified in the specialty of end-of-life hypnosis and as an end-of-life doula, Tamelynda provides non-medical, holistic support and comfort to the dying person and/or their family. Tamelynda is actively involved with the aging population including as a community member on the board of a non-profit for Alzheimers/dementia and long-term care.
For 18 years Tamelynda was on contract as a non-profit leader in entrepreneurial education and support. Her initiatives of creating, piloting, and delivering successful educational programs, received national attention and delivered as best practice programs in the non-profit community.
Tamelynda is also a freelance writer, contributing regularly to community magazines and online, and published her first non-fiction book in 2015, available on Amazon. She provides editing and publishing support for individuals wishing to self-publish.
